STEPHANIE BROWN & MELANIE ARGUELLO
Stephanie's love for interiors began early, but her journey to becoming a designer wasn’t straightforward. After a successful career in floral design, which earned her recognition from bridal publications like Martha Stewart Weddings, she discovered her passion for creating beautiful, livable spaces while renovating her own home. This experience, combined with her natural ability to capture emotion through design, led her to form Saint Louise Design.
Melanie’s path to interior design was shaped by her extensive experience in commercial real estate and her love for entrepreneurship. With a background in luxury merchandising and property development, she developed an eye for crafting spaces that reflect not just beauty, but function. After moving to Austin and partnering with Stephanie, their combined skills created the perfect dynamic—bringing their vision of effortless, high-end design to life.
Together, as sisters and co-founders, Stephanie and Melanie share a passion for turning houses into homes that feel uniquely tailored to the lives of their clients.
The Name
Saint Louise Design is a nod to our birth city - St. Louis - and to our Great Grandmother Louise whose name represents family, strength, and legacy. Together, this name unifies us as sisters and celebrates the connection we bring to every home we design.
