Construction oversight is central to our process. We work in close collaboration with the general contractor, maintaining open communication to ensure the design is executed with precision and consistency throughout every phase of construction. While the GC manages timelines and budgets, we guide the aesthetic vision, make on-site design decisions, and coordinate all finish selections and materials to achieve a cohesive and intentional result.
The outcome is a refined, beautifully realized renovation that balances function and aesthetics, and brings clarity and ease to the entire process.

We collaborate at the earliest stage of the design process, working with your architect to ensure every detail aligns with your vision from the ground up. By being involved from the start, we help shape the architectural layout, flow, and spatial functionality to support a cohesive interior design plan.
We develop detailed drawings, elevations, and finish palettes that establish a unified aesthetic direction. Throughout construction, we work closely with the general contractor and architect to maintain design integrity, review progress, and provide on-site guidance as needed. Our role ensures that materials, finishes, and details are executed seamlessly and reflect the intent of the overall design.
The result is a home that feels balanced, intentional, and timeless—crafted with care, collaboration, and a deep understanding of what makes a space truly yours.

If we decide to move forward together, we will schedule an in-home consultation to gather the information needed to create your custom design proposal.

Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed investment proposal by email, along with a personalized video walkthrough explaining each element of the design scope and process.

Once the agreement is executed and the initial 50 percent of design fees are paid, your project will be added to our schedule, and we will set a date for your design kickoff meeting.
